Chasing late payers is time intensive, can be acrimonious and in extreme cases, may mean the difference between financial buoyancy and crippling cash-flow problems. Our tried and tested DebtClear service can free you from the worries of cash collection and credit control.
The first step is to send a "Letter Before Action". This will be sent the same day your instructions are received and often this is all that is needed to solve the problem. If no other action is required, then our charge for this is just £10 plus VAT. If the debtor fails to respond we will issue court proceedings on your behalf. Our DebtClear product is based on a computerised debt recovery system to ensure everything moves swiftly towards a successful resolution.
We charge a fixed fee for each case and this ranges from £80 for a debt of £250 or less, to £600 for a debt of £15,000 or more.
