To arrange an appointment:

Simply telephone our office on Nottingham (0115) 945 3700 and ask for the Wills Department.  An appointment with the appropriate solicitor can be made for you.

If you are unable to attend our office for an appointment, a home visit by an appropriate member of our department can be arranged.  Time and travel expenses for such a visit would be added to our fee.

If neither an appointment at our office or a home visit are suitable to you, you can telephone, email or write to provide us with your full name and address and to confirm what type of document or what type of advice or assistance you are interested in (if telephoning please mention 'WillsGuide').  We will then write to provide you with details of our fees and other terms of business and to outline what we will need from you to enable us to advise or assist.
